Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the shipping method, the weight and size of the package, and the destination of the shipment. Your total shipping costs will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout. All In-Stock orders placed by 4PM EST, usually ship same day. All In-Stock items ordered later then 4PM EST will ship the following day. Although, we try to ship as quick as possible, please allow 2-3 business days for handling on standard items, and 2-3 weeks for handling on special orders before contacting Y&B Lighting. Our Shipping Method is typically UPS Ground, based on destination and weight. Additional freight charges may apply on heavy or bulky products. Please call 718-718-436-1802 for shipping destinations outside the United States of America. If an item on your order is Back Ordered, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. At this point, you can either choose to wait for the item, or remove it from your order. Delivery time consists of processing time in our warehouse and estimated carrier's transit time. Transit times for shipments using UPS ground service range from 1-6 business days. No orders will be processed on Saturday.

All return requests for refund or defects for exchange must be submitted within 14 days of delivery date. Returns must be in its original state and packaging for full refund.  A return authorization is required for all items. Please contact Y&B lighting with reason for return and to request your RMA number. Y&B Lighting has the right to refuse return on any item and all items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If item is defected Y&B Lighting will either exchange or refund the full amount.

To place an order through Y&B Lighting, please browse to the item, select the proper quantity and click “add to shopping cart”.  The total will be calculated and you will asked to input billing and shipping information. Shipping and Handling fees will be calculated and you will receive email confirmation once you submit the correct confirmation.
